What FreeFood: Share Leftovers does
FreeFood: Share Leftovers helps neighbours share surplus food instead of throwing it away. Post what you have with a photo, drop a pin on the map and set a pickup time window, and anyone nearby can discover it and arrange to collect — cutting waste and helping out at the same time.
The native iPhone app combines Apple Maps with CloudKit community listings, while the Android release pairs Jetpack Compose with OpenStreetMap and on-device Room storage. Both are designed for quick, account-free access.
